just saw a post on facebook that if your status is still unchanged, you application is still being reviewed :) good luck to us all!

Did anyone else's comment under "status" change to "Application is being reviewed"?? Or has it always said that under "status"?

Where did you apply? It seems like it depends on the unit we applied.

I applied at cardiothoracic ICU, CCU, and medsurg/tele. I'm hoping it's a good sign...

I just talked to HR and she told me that they have only gone through half of the applications. And if I haven't heard anything, it's cause they haven't reviewed my application. And now I checked the status of my application online and the status changed to "Application is being reviewed"... Yikes! Good luck to everyone!

So I take it they havent finished sending out the death (rejection) emails? damn i thought i made it through the fire

I guess not :( Im so freakin nervous. I keep checking my application status to see if it has changed.

I called HR and she informed me that the next step is NOT references. which is really weird, because that is what people have been posting on here. She said the next step will be a phone call for an interview. She also said they are STILL reviewing, so rejection emails will still be coming out.

Hmm.. So when you say "phone call for an interview", I am thinking that is the Talent Plus phone interview given by the same people who did that evil personality test and not a "phone call to schedule an interview"?.... I think I am more worried about that then a regular interview... This process is brutal :/
