@RNwithDoglet, I hope you are released soon. I have 2 years left. I am in the looking for a job stage. Did you have any difficulties finding a job? I have a panel interview on Thursday and I am a mess. Nice to meet you.
I did not have trouble finding a job. I found that being upfront and open about being on probation worked for me. On an interview, I asked if they knew anyone on probation and that was helpful to open up the door. I got the job. Good luck. I know it seems arduous. I promise it gets easier.
I’m in the Diversion program. I had been fired from my job when I joined. I believe in probation you can still work where as diversion people have to put there license on hold. I would just speak to my boss and be honest with them. Hopefully they can work with whatever restrictions you get.
@MarRN12345 it is a lot at first but it becomes routine. I am one year in and I just started a new job. If you need anything or have questions please reach out. I’m always up for a chat.

I would love to connect with some fellow nurses in probation or diversion. I am in diversion and live in the Bay Area.
