Just wanted to start a thread for anyone who has applied to the New Grad Program in L&D at Dignity's California Hospital Medical Center. Good luck everyone!! I just happened to find this listing today (4/20/17) and applied. It says they will be interviewing the week of May 1, 2017 and it was apparently listed on 4/12. Please comment if you applied/ get a call!
(Btw, I only saw a new grad program for them in L&D...nothing in MedSurg etc.)

Hi ladies! I know this is an old post but i was wondering if any of you could answer a few questions for me... I recently applied to California Hospital for the OB New Grad Program, I'm hopping I get an interview! How is it working at California Hospital? I heard the new grad pay is around $41 - $43 an hour, is this accurate? Also, I read online that they flex a lot of nurses due to low census and it can be hard to get your full time hours, is that true? Lastly, someone mentioned possible cross training between L&D and Postpartum; is that opportunity available in he future?
