Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had information about how the California BRN handles applications that have to be routed through the Enforcement Department? I disclosed a simple traffic ticket from 10 years ago, so I don't think it will be much of an issue overall but I also don't want to delay my ATT. Specifically, does it has to pass through the Enforcement Department first then pass to the evalualtor OR can both departments work simultaneously on the application? Thanks for your help!

Just curious-did you have to list a traffic ticket to them? I thought info such as arrest, felony and child support have to be noted-not traffic ticket.
You have to list traffic tickets that were more than $300. I had to list one.

Have you heard anything from the BON yet? I applied to take NCLEX and hand delivered my application Jan 30th. I have 2 DUIS from 2010, and I have yet to hear from them.
