I called up there 10 days after I turned mine in and they told me everything was there so you can do it too lol.

Right?! The more I think about it the more I freak out!! "Did they get my application? Did I leave anything out of my application? Are my points enough to get in this spring?" Now we wait for 4-6 weeks!

My original reply disappeared... but, Same! ^^ I can't stop asking myself those questions. I just hope 4-6 weeks will pass by quickly if I stay busy :arghh:

OMG yes!! Luckily I'm taking classes this semester so I'll be plenty busy but I'll still be counting the days until I get something in the mail from the nursing dept. So nerve-wrecking! I was looking at the fall thread and they got their letters in the 4th week so hopefully we get ours in a timely manner too!

The fourth week! That'd be amazing for sure! I'm taking four classes this semester, yet I still find the time to recalculate my points, weigh my options, and search up any and everything related to Calhoun's nursing program in my free time. Yikes... haha.

Haha! That sounds just like me! I'm taking 4 classes too and I'm always on here trying to see what other people's points are, see if I have enough to make it in, looking through the fall thread and comparing my points to theirs. I literally counted how many weeks til they received their acceptance/denial letters!! I just hope I have enough points and now I'm regretting not being able to go to the info session for the 2 points because what if that is what makes me not get in? I haven't been this stressed in a while! Btw your puppy is so cute!

Thanks!! His name is Jack, my little dog child :x3: Same with the points, I compared how mine would've been with the old point system and for other programs. I went back and did pretty much the same as well. I went to the info session, but I think my TEAS score is what's affecting mine, I probably should've retaken it because, just as with the two points, what if I needed those extra points?? What someone said about 160 getting accepted in the Fall, made me have some semblance of hope that a 203 isn't that low :arghh: !!

Yes I kind of hate that they changed the point system!! I would have had a better chance getting in with the old point system.. I was told anything in the 200's should be in the mix and one girl in the fall thread got in with the same exact points as you, she got in the full time ADN is that what you applied for? Oh yes and I was telling Calhoungirl24 not to worry about her points because fall someone got in with a 165 and usually the points are lower for spring since not that many people apply and we're not competing with incoming freshman so that gives me some hope! Oh btw I thought I was the only one comparing my points to other programs and calculating my points for the old point system lol!!
