Calhoun Community College Spring 2016

Hello everyone! It's almost that time again for nursing applications to be put in for Calhoun. I haven't seen a thread created for the students that will be applying for the spring 2016 Nursing program so I decided to start one! I heard that the link will be opening up sometime in July and close sometime in August. I still have to take a TEAS test before I apply. Anyway, I'm looking forward to chatting with potential nursing applicants!!

Welcome to the thread!! Looks like your points are really good actually!! I have 220.9pts applying for ADN day. I'll be sending my application in by the end of the week. I'm honestly hoping I have enough to squeeze into the program lol and yes Sept 18th can't get here quick enough!!

So glad there is a Spring 2016 thread! :laugh: Hoping I can get in with 203 points for the ADN day program. I'm going to drop off my application just as soon as I can print out the unofficial transcript with my summer grades. Good luck to all and well, hello!

Has anyone heard what the point cutoff is this time? I wonder how we can at least find out about that....

I'm applying for the RN program and I have 217 points so I'm really scared lol I know that's low. What is this "cut off" score that everyone is speaking of? They never say anything about it in the info sessions.

Welcome to the thread!!! Honestly I have no idea how many will be accepted this semester but for the fall 100 were accepted for ADN day. I'm also not very sure about the cutoff points I'm pretty sure someone got in with points in the 160's but I'm not sure if that was the lowest or the cutoff was somewhere close to that. I think anyone who is in the 200's has a pretty good chance of getting in (but don't quote me on that!).

Wow if someone really got in with a 160 score then that makes me feel much better lol. I applied today actually..now I'm just freaking out hoping I didn't leave anything out lol.
