Anyone planning on applying to the Spring 2011, CSUSM, accelerated ABSN program? Just wondering if there is anyone else out there:)

To sarah-V: what kind of acceptance did you get? I was offered a conditional admission (I received the letter yesterday) at Temecula. In order to reserve my seat, I have to complete the enrollment form and make a deposit. Did you have to do that? Thanks for your help.

Yes, I think they all are stated as conditional because if you need to send in any last grades, it is conditional on what you stated in the application.

Yes, you have to complete the enrollment and pay the 250.00. I reserved my seat yesterday. 250.00 isn't covered by financial aid. Just go to the link on your letter and they will email you confirmation after you register. I was told classes start Jan. 24 :)

Thanks Sarah_V for replying back. I am going to deposit my money a day or two before the deadline because I have to go over other options. By the way, what type of housing are you considering? If you are going to live in an apartment, it would be great if we could become roommates. I live an hour and half away from the campus, so I will either live in an apartment (if I could find a roommate) or in a dorm. Let me know okay?

I do not think the Temecula campus offers dorms. An apartment might be an option. I have a husband and two kids and live in Temecula, so I wouldn't need to look for housing. Hopefully someone on here is looking to relocate to Temecula that you can room with. I can help you find a nice apartment, pricing is pretty good around here. Maybe if there is a few of you, you can get a house, there is so many to rent in my community.

I'm from out of the IE/SD, so if I get accepted I'd come from out of the area. (I'm near Long beach). I'd be grateful for any campus!

Carolyn- Let me know if you are accepted to Temecula. I am sure you will be notified soon :) You can always email your advisor and ask them the status of your application.

congratulations to you! I am glad you're looking for roommates because I am too! If we get more people, we should rent out a house. If it's just you and me in the end, then a one-room apartment should do. I plan on looking for a place 1-2 months before school starts. Sarah-V could help us find a cheap place since she's from the area. Let me know what are your thoughts and ideas.
