I'm in CA as well waiting to hear back for my early termination. but I do have a violation so I'm most likely going to have a hearing.

What is “burden of proof?” Or is this possibly a CA thing?

@Squirrelcatcat841 burden of proof per CA is submitting letters from sponsors, NSG facilitator, employer, friends, or church. Anything speaking of your good character. It also can include if you’ve done rehabilitation, schooling voluntary work etc.
