CA NCLEX result

Hi everybody

I'm new in here.I took my CA NCLEX-RN on Aug 2,2009 until now I haven't get my result yet and my name not show on CA BON website.It's shut off @ 75Q.I got 1 med,1 fill in the blank,1 SATA and a lot of priority and delegation.I have no idea I passed or fail.I keep telling my self to relax but it's hard.I still worry and scare because this is my 2nd time.

Anyone have any idea or in the same situation like me???

hi there! mine shutted off at 171..i took my nclex-rn(cali) exam last july 27 but got my result 'bout 2weeks after the said exam..i guess the best thing you should do is relax..we can't do anything 'bout it since California nclex-rn exam doesn't participate in the quick count program (unlike other states)..but i guess getting the result in 2 weeks time is already a big improvement for us - Ca nclex takers!..we no longer have to wait 4-5 weeks to view the result.. :D . i do wish you pass your exam..

did you receive results in the mail or did you check the website? i've checked the website every day and nothing. i don't get why some people get results via BRN website while some have to wait for the mail. a classmate of mine took it for the 2nd time on friday and got her results today and she passed. what's up with that?

Some have to wait for mail because they have not supplied a SSN or there was an issue with their file.

So I called the BON and they DON'T have my ssn on file!!! !#^@#&$^%@&^%!!!!!!! So I have to fax over my ssn and it's going to take until NEXT WEEK to get my results!!! At least there's some anxiety lessened from that...

MEECH - Did you say your friend took it this past Friday and got her results yesterday??? Were the results posted on the board's website? I have a friend who took it last Tuesday and her results are still not posted, and I have another friend who took it this past Monday and she is hoping to see results posted by tomorrow.

My friend took it for the second time Friday the 14th and found out she passed yesterday. For your friends who are still waiting for results, maybe try calling the BON and see if anything is wrong with their file. That's what happened to me. I had to fax my ssn cuz they "didn't have it on file" even though I included it in my application so they can't release my scores until that's entered and your name definitely wouldn't show up on the BON website. Hope that helps.

I took my nclex rn on 5th aug and i have not received pass or fail results. I tried pearsonvue and unfortunate, it allows me to register, didn't have pop up like you guys did. My name is not on BRN website. I called BRN ca and they told me "document is complete" and i need to wait 10 to 30 days atleast. I have ssn number and i am us graduate. what a torture.i am dying waiting; i am almost 100% positive i failed it as per pearsonvue trick. is there anybody who has an advice for me please!!!! i can't sleep, its been over two weeks already. I guess i need to start studying..right?

help me !!!

Sorry to say this, but from what I've heard from the trick, if it takes you to the credit card page it's most likely you didn't pass. But nothing is official until you receive your results in the mail. I know my friends who didn't pass were really depressed, but there is ALWAYS HOPE! We've gone through nursing school and there's only one more thing that we have to do before we become RNs. Don't let not passing the first time stop or discourage you!!! There's a thread about someone didn't pass until their 5th time.

If you did fail, they will send a performance critique on what areas you were strong in and what you need to improve on. And at least you know what to expect the second time around so your anxiety level won't be as high. I wish you the best of luck!

Hi Meech, thanks for your help. Unfortunately both friends who are awaiting their results have already taken it once and failed, so I know there is nothing wrong with their files. That is why I was shocked to hear your friend received results already. I had heard a rumor that the board had laid off a bunch of people and so results would be slower to be posted/sent out since they were dealing with fewer workers in the office, plus having the office closed on Fridays now. But I guess if your friend's results were posted in 2 business days, it isn't looking good for my first friend.

It's been so long and I still haven't get my result yet.My name not show on CA BON either.I am coping my self right now.I called the today and they said my file complete and they're already mail my result,after that I am scare and worry again.wait..wait and wait.:crying2:

I just faxed my ssn on the 20th and I checked the web and IM AN RN!!!! I'm sooooo happy!!!!!
