HI everyone! I would like to make a thread for those who applied and are applying for LVN here in California with the permission to the ADMIN, the timeline of LVN application from submitting/mailing the application to receiving the eligibility. Thank you

hi guys! i submittd my application last 01/16/2014 and i reciv my declaration of nursing experience today 03/17/2014. can anyone help me to fill it up so i can avoid any errors that can prolong the processing of my document? add me on fb [email protected] tnx!

wow.. I think they are doing it so fast right now.. what color is your declaration? is it green or yellow?

I answered it on my own, I just copied some of my clinical rotations in item number 5 and send photocopies of my License and board certificate.

i have my license here, but i dont have my board certificate, to be honest, i dont remember where i placed it back in the philippines.
