CA-LVN Application Timeline

HI everyone! I would like to make a thread for those who applied and are applying for LVN here in California with the permission to the ADMIN, the timeline of LVN application from submitting/mailing the application to receiving the eligibility. Thank you

Date Submitted: November 21, 2013 and still WAITING. :whistling:

is that so?, i thought my application would come really faster, i guess i have to request for that declaration now..

How can i request them to send the declaration early?, will it be by phone or by email?, and after they sent the declaration to me, can i sent it back to them ahead of time without the initial assessment?,

Anyone got their ATT yet for LVN?

Hi Bradycardic. cn't send you pm yet, I mailed my declaration last week so it might take 2wks or more before they will give me ATT. Hopefully!:unsure:

how did you answer item number 5? and what documents did you send to them? a copy of your license? did you let PRC authenticate it? thank u

what month is lvn processing at the moment anyone knows?

Hi!! I just got my declaration of nursing education, my problem in on #8 im not an RN in the phils. I took the exam but i failed....would that be okay If i put N/A? Or do i have to makr a letter explaining why i didnt passed the licensure examination in the phils?
