CA-LVN Application Timeline

Published

HI everyone! I would like to make a thread for those who applied and are applying for LVN here in California with the permission to the ADMIN, the timeline of LVN application from submitting/mailing the application to receiving the eligibility. Thank you

Date Submitted: November 21, 2013 and still WAITING. :whistling:

i sent my application thru mail just this 2nd week of february, but they have cleared the payment so i was thinking that they have started assessing it. I applied to BVNPT directly and did not ask the CABON to forward my application to them. I also included all the requirements including my high school diplomat and TOR hoping that it would make it easier for them to process it.

some have received their declaration already, 5 months after they sent their application

according to them, they were still processing december applicants, specifically 12/2/2013 applicants so looks like mine is gonna take a while to process.. :(

if they are processing December 2, 2013, I think they are processing it fast.

they said their evaluators are working equivalency applications dated on 12/02/2013 and approved schools applications dated 02/06/2014.

for real?, they are processing it fast?, then it is a good news then, i hope they get to my application soon enough

you might want to ask the board too for the declaration to speed up the process, if possible.. ;)

i've been hearing a lot about this declaration i think, i got this silly question but what is this declaration, is it another requirements that they require?,

yes, that's the next step... =) https://allnurses.com/nurse-registration/declaration-nursing-education-743404-page5.html

I've read that someone in this forum stated that they didn't receive a declaration?

Someone also said that the declaration is somewhat similar to the record of nursing program that my school in the Philippines had filled up and which I submitted to the BVNPT.. or at least that is how i understand him/her.

Sorry for this so many silly questions, im getting confused, really.. :(
