I'm planning on taking my NCLEX next summer but I want to get a head start. I'm looking to buy some NCLEX review books but wow are some of them expensive. Are there any huge differences if I were to buy one edition earlier than the latest? For example, buying the 2010 version of the Saunders Comprehensive review as opposed to the newest 2013 one?
I'm planning on getting the Saunders review and Kaplan review, but if anyone else has some recommendations, please let me know!

I have the 2010 version of Saunders Comprehensive Review for NCLEX-RN and don't think I'm missing out on much. Seriously, how much has changed in 4 years? I doubt much. Diabetes is still diabetes. Pancreatitis is still pancreatitis.

I'm currently studying for my nclex in two weeks with my Saunders from 2010. I personally compared it to my friends 60 dollar 2015 one, exactly the same from what I could tell, and it was three dollars off amazon!
