Assume you are employed as a nurse leader at a small healthcare organization/agency that does not have a nurse on staff who is an expert in evidence-based practice. How would you lead the charge to overcome this barrier and integrate EBP into the daily practice of your staff?

Good morning to you, and welcome to Allnurses.com!
Does the aforementioned inquiry that you posted come from a nursing school assignment or homework question?

Hi, Jean.....since it seems pretty clear to me that this is a homework assignment, the best way for you to get input/help is to first post YOUR response to the question, what YOU think, what YOUR answer is.
The people who are best able to help you are not likely to answer this post at all, as you don't ask for help but rather an answer. So....how would you answer this question?
