Are you in the US? I am not familiar with that degree, so I cannot provide any insight as to its value. Our professionally recognized degree is an MSN, which is the 'entry level' for nursing faculty and most managerial positions in larger health care organizations.

I believe the 'Masteral of Arts in Nursing' is a degree only available in the Philippines. From what I have read it is of little value outside the Philippines as US (&Canada I believe) is a master of science in nursing standard.

What are the essential differences between MN, MAN, and MSN degrees in terms of requirements anyway? Just curious.
MAN is not offered in the US. I don't think MN exists in US either. Only MSN which can be clinical (ex route to Nurse Practitioner or clinical nurse leader or specialist) research, or theoretical (education, nursing informatics etc. ) o
Thank you JustBeachyNurse. I think a couple places in the Philippines offer MSN now these days, too.
For anyone familiar with these degrees in the Philippines, do you know the differences?
