Hey guys! Anyone planning on applying for the January/Spring 2021 start date at Broward? I know the applications just opened up.

I’ve applied! The wait is killing me!! I hope they send out the emails soon.

Hey guys I was wondering if someone would be able to answer something for me. Does each campus get to use the simulation center or is it only accessible to central students?

Hey guys,

 

How is everyone hanging in there? To be honest, I’m starting to feel discouraged ? I know everyone at the school is working so hard to prepare for the next semester especially Nichole and I know there is still a little over 2 weeks before the 30 business days. I think my anxiety is coming from having so much riding on this one decision. My job, whether or not I move out of state next year, etc. Big decisions to make based on this one, small email. The days have seemed to go by fast except for this past week, LOL. This post is by no means intended to be disrespectful towards anyone. Just needed to vent my feelings. I think my boyfriend is over hearing about it at this point ? this morning I woke up (as I do every day) and say today is the day, I can feel it! Usually he hypes me up but this morning he just said “it will be good”. LOL I think he is over me talking about it ? anyway, I hope everyone else is doing well and staying safe. Thanks for letting me vent.

Dean Turpel has a podcast that goes into depth about what the Nursing program is currently going through.  I highly recommend it in your free time, rather than letting anxiety getting the best of you.

I’m in the same boat! The wait is killing me! Everyday I hope it’ll be the day we get emails. The thought of having to wait until 10/29 blows my mind ?? .

Me too ?? I know everyone is working so hard at the school but honestly I wake up feeling so excited in the morning just to feel disappointed by 4:30 pm ? the good thing though is there is an end in sight, even if it’s a grueling whole 13 business days away ? we have made it over halfway. so for now I will continue to wake up feeling hopeful in the morning and know there is something to look forward to very soon! I am glad I’m not the only one feeling this way ?

I feel your pain sis? my advisor emailed me to tell me that I almost finished my degree and the email had “congratulations “ as the subject. My heart dropped when I realized it wasn’t from Nichole or anybody from the nursing program?

You deff aren’t alone! I’m double checking emails everyday and counting down. 12 more days left!

LOL! That’s how I felt when the cancelled the nursing info session. I was like maybe today’s the day and they didn’t  want to be overwhelmed but nope ??
