I’m really sorry girl. How many points did you apply with? Maybe they had to cut how many people they can accept because of covid? Have you looked at any other schools or thought about doing lpn and then to the lpn to RN program?

6  and no I’m not doing other schools  they are too far from where I live and I’m not doing lpn either.

I thought they accepted 1 point last semester?

Every semester is different. This semester we had a very strong pool with a lot of applicants.

Emails will go out tomorrow to everyone with the explanation of their status.

Honestly, not that many points I had a C in English and B for everything else which gives you 4pts. I really applied hoping my transcripts would of overweighted my low score since I’ve completed most of my AA,all science courses, and 1 nursing course at PBSC.

Have you tried applying at PBSC? I took that critical thinking course that gives you an extra point for your app but I ended up applying to BC instead because pbsc was too far for me

No, it’s too competitive I would need a BA or program completer to make me more competitive.

Your HESI scores can make you competitive! Plus that critical thinking class gives you an extra point. Also if you have more than 30 college credits it gives you extra points you don’t necessarily have to hold an AA degree. I think it’s worth a shot for you to look into it for sure!

I agree! I live by the saying if you don’t try/ask the answer will always be no. In other words you miss 100% of the chances you don’t take

I know but I’ve I talked to someone from the program about my options even with the extra course and HESI score.
