Hi!!! Anyone attending BC south campus nursing program in the fall?? Im hoping to attend that campus, and looking forward to meeting my fellow classmates = )

Any former south students have recs for professors?

i bought the orientation packet yesterday it has alot of info it !!!! i read most of it , it was $5 and some change

i didnt see any bundle at the bookstore ... so i dont know how that goes.. i did notice they had quite a bit of used books available ..

did anyone else who had C-S J for Clinical I notice that the Professor has been changed to LH-- the same professor for MTB 1370???

someone said our orientation is on the 20th. What email said that. i thought it was the 24th 8am

also we bring our orientation packet, stethoscope and watch

Am i correct?

For the South campus orientation is the 24th, I haven't heard any differently (it is on the 20th at Central). The letter said to bring a stethoscope and a watch with a second hand.

I just got an email from j c-s. It is saying that we need to attend on 24th AND 25th from 8am to 6pm. For Day 1 (24th) it says We need our Perry and Potter skills book, Jarvis physical assessment book, stethoscope, pen light, goggles, watch with a second hand, clipboard, and black ink pen, and the orientation packet. There is reading we have to do before class and some assignments.

Then on day 2 (25th) we need to wear something that exposes our chest area such as a tank top. We will need to brink the stuff you need above along with a manual blood pressure cuff. There is also reading to do before this day as well. HERE WE GO!

I honestly have no clue. I already have one because my husband did the Paramedic program, but I would like to know as well.

I bought the bp cuff at the bookstore for $26.95. It actually seems to be pretty decent quality.

Has anyone started the assignment for Tuesday? Just want to see if I'm on the right track.

The letter with the attatchments say its from the lab and we have to go to 69/133 for lecture?
