Has anyone turned in their application yet?! Btw, I heard that Central campus might NOT have a May class
Ugh. I took the other north professor for micro, however the first day of class he said he was teaching the first 6 weeks and the professor you took MAFDC08, was going to teach the last 6 weeks. I did not like his method of teaching at all and I did much better the first 6 weeks than I did the second (I had an A until the second professor started teaching the class and so did several other people). I was even sick with the flu/pneumonia right before midterm and I was unable to study whatsoever for it, and still managed a 92. But I thought my professor, the one I signed up for, was a great teacher, he even did reviews for the exams the Saturday before them for 2-3 hrs- on HIS OWN time. That's dedication. I wish I was able to have taken him for the entire semester. I wasn't the only one to feel that way either, just about everyone in my micro class preferred the first instructor over the second one. Anyway, its over now and I made it out alive, and with a B.
Jam, I have found with every class starting with A&P, I have looked at the course content and felt REALLY overwhelmed. I had no idea how in the world I was going to learn all the muscles and bones or how I would be able to identify all the tissues on the slides. But I just tried not to look too far ahead, and just go to class and see what I learn. I still freak out a little at the beginning of each course, but I just try to take it one day at a time.
