Okay. So. If you're going to north and you were like me and bought your nursing scrub tops at south it is NOT the right one. Go to north and exchange them. The logo for the one at south is different and was told at the nursing office today that they wantthe one that North sells. So just exchange it at north and pay the difference. I'm so upset I thought I saved myself $30 bucks on the three tops I bought but at least I didn't have to drive all the way to Pembroke pines.

Are you serious I brought mine from South campus too... but I'm going to central

Just ask your nursing department because they might allow it. I'm just speaking for north

Hey guys sorry to bother you. I know you're busy preparing for monday but do you think if someone took the hesi twice it will be counted against them. Like for instance, taking it the first time and getting a 70% then retaking and getting a 85%. Would the program take into consideration that you didn't pass the first time?

Keep on studying, and try again. They only look for the passing score 75% or above.

Thanks! I'll look into those as well. As for the color of our bags, I had the same thought. I was actually looking at a pink bag with white polka dots (super cute) but I thought I'd better hold off since the school seems pretty specific about everything lol. I think it may be fine though; it's not mentioned in the Uniform Policy and Professional Appearance section of the orientation packet.

I asked the President of the nursing club she stated bags can be any color. Thank goodness ! The one I purchased is turquoise with a multicolored paisley partner.

Oh my goodness! Thanks for telling us! I bought mine at South as well, I was excited on getting a deal! :no: Does that go for the white coat as well? Did North campus give you any trouble when returning your purchase?

I don't know about the jacket. I actually bought the jacket at central. I don't think they're different. No they didn't give me a problem but you can't return it you can only exchange it

Pissed!!! I actually noticed the difference and made sure I called North before I purchased the tops. First they told me they had no idea of what I was talking about, and that all 3 campuses sold the same uniform. Then when I explained them that the ones at South say "RN program" but the ones at North say "Associates in Nursing", the lady on the phone told me it was OK as long as it was for the nursing program and I bought them at a Broward College campus.

I even asked her if she was sure. She replied that all she knows is all campuses sell one uniform. I should had listened to my instincts and not buy them.

South uses both. Maybe she was mistaken saying you can't.

From what I understand, there was a re-vamp of the uniforms where they changed the logo. The old one looks like a circle and the new one is no longer a circle, only writing. There are still students who wear the old ones at north campus but that's because when they started, that was the only uniform available. They are requiring all new students to buy the new scrub tops to eventually weed out the old ones. thats probably why they're so much cheaper than the others.. Because they're the older version.
