Hi everyone I didn't see one made yet so I guess this will be the official thread for BC May 2015!
hi ssoler! I'm not going to central but that question was asked a while back. People who are currently in the program have commented that we would pretty much need most of the books required. The only one I was thinking of renting was the pharmacology one. The rest if u shop around (Amazon or half.com).I might find some good deals on gently used and new books.Good Morning ladies, I hope everyones to-do list is going smoothly! For anyone going to Central, have you bought any of the books yet? I am not sure if to purchase all the books that the bookstore says it is required or just purchase the fundamentals & the dosage book.
It depends on who you have. My process 1 +2 was nothing except what for in your pocket. Gigu you can carry your blue bag that you buy but you really don't need to carry that much. Just a lot of papers. I just throw everything in my pocket or a tiny bag in my pocket. You can put your drug book in a room or the nurses station days you have that.
Hey hammock sorry if you answered this already but you know how the first week we have clinicals tuesday and wednesday and then we have clincals only one day? Is it like that the rest of the program?
Hey dridri actually according to the email we recieved for south campus the dean states that we will be doing clinicals the first 4 weeks and the last 4 weeks both Tue and Wed! I'm guessing because of the short term. Then we would go down to one day a week.
Thanks love I guess Ill find out at orientation for north 😊

We went at least the first 3 weeks twice a week for process 1 and I believe process 2...then each class after it's the first 2 days of clinicals on campus.
