Broward College Nursing May 2014

U.S.A. Florida

Published

Hey there! This is a tread for anyone trying to get into the May nursing program in Broward College. Have you guys completed everything we need?

I still have to take my HESI and I am half way done with the Health Core class. I am so nervous. I am still not completely sure on how BC does the admission criteria, but I have high hopes.

Leave anything below. Lets help each other out :)

Trends so far has been people preseneting the BSN program, photos for graduation and students doing a presentation of a subject , mostly from the book. Online topic discussions and a hesi exit exam to come. Clinical is three weekends (sat and sun) or two weeks of tues, wed, thurs. I have napped more than done things for class so far. It is a well deserved break. Also we have to pick out our class shirts soon.

yes i do. sorry for the late reply. just seen this. I just don't have the blood pressure cuff anymore.

How much are the shoes?

$620 for nursing book bundle. Everything must go. Blood pressure cuff is no longer included but i did add the bag. Most of the books are like new. Uniforms are washed and in great condition. Bundle is around $800 value.

I don't need the bundle. Is that the only way you are selling it?

no. i'll sell you both for 25. both in great condition. Only wore one of them twice.

Hey guys iv been watching this thread foreverrrr lol. I currently go to central but I just graduated highschool in May and started college in August. So im basically doing my prereqs. My courses for the fall are chem for health sciences, enc1101 pschology & philosophy. I wanted to know how long it took you guys to complete all your prereqs? It seems like forever to me! All these courses, plus the certificates we need and the HESI. Will I finish in a year and be able to apply to the nursing program starting in August 2015? What do you think??
