Hey there! This is a tread for anyone trying to get into the May nursing program in Broward College. Have you guys completed everything we need?

I still have to take my HESI and I am half way done with the Health Core class. I am so nervous. I am still not completely sure on how BC does the admission criteria, but I have high hopes.

Leave anything below. Lets help each other out :)

for those of you attending North campus don't forget to keep crocs in your bag for rainy days. .. As their parking lot floods. lol. South was the same today.

For those of you who have bought your books already.. were you able to find them online for cheaper? If so, where?

Ok! Completely registered at South Campus and just turned in my paperwork packet. Met with the Dean, she seems cool. A 'shoot from the hip' type of person. Love it! She went over my whole packet. Everything is now in order. Who else is going to south?

For the drug test do we just give them a copy of the receipt or is Quest supposed to give us a copy of something? Also, for the level II did you give them the unopened envelope or just a copy?

I am going tomorrow to check the ppd and sign the final papers tomorrow .. And I will go turn my papers in after that:) I have everything in order and I actually made the 3 sets like the other 2 schools asked for.

Quest gave me a thin slip of paper as a receipt and you should hand in the unopened envelope

That's good, I did that too. Take one of the sets of copies with you as well. They will want to stamp the set of copies, as well as the original, as proof you turned in your paperwork plus they want to check you have copies for yourself.

Does anyone have an easy to read copy of what books we need, trying to view everything on the bookstore spreadsheet is killing me, plus I cant print it. I gotta start bargin shopping

I ordered some of those books. ..I copied the isbn and looked them up on Amazon.

I've been on a search for some all white shoes/sneakers and found this site:

I've never used the site before and don't know much about their customer service (returns) or shipping times. But the prices seem to be fairly reasonable.

I've seen some Ked's or or similar type shoes for high 30's mid 40 bucks on other sites as well.

This weekend I'm going to go on a search for some white sneaks but if can't find anything I'm going to get those Eastside Slip-ons. Reviews seem to be pretty good just worried about getting right fit over the internet (and getting here on time)

I posted link for the women's shoes. From the pre-admission meeting didn't seem to be many of my brothers in there, but go to www.shoesforcrews.com and go to the select men's

Thinkin like RackRoom / DSW or walkin through Sawgrass

Any ideas on white type of shoes I don't think they take all white Air Force Ones (just guessin because of the big swoosh)
