Hey there! This is a tread for anyone trying to get into the May nursing program in Broward College. Have you guys completed everything we need?

I still have to take my HESI and I am half way done with the Health Core class. I am so nervous. I am still not completely sure on how BC does the admission criteria, but I have high hopes.

ok...my edit here....If you took the core class at sheridan you need to print your degree audit to turn in with the paperwork.

Yeah I don't know if guys can pull off clogs. All white sneaks for me or maybe some type of slip ons. Just out of curiosity for dansko clogs are they good for moving around fast, like a jog.

Hopefully can find something comfortable. Someone said there is a uniform store in saw grass anyone know of any other places with uniform stores

Lol, I've seen many men wear clogs around the hospital. Though not white ones. There is a uniform store in Pembroke lakes mall too. And one on university and pines

True, I had to take in a degree audit too. I was told it was mentioned to do so in the email but I don't remember reading it anywhere.

Degree audit is on the website when you log in. You click advising and it says interactive degree audit. Just print that.

To all of you going to South, Check your BC email. They sent out an email about orientation. It's at 8am on May 9th, we have to wear our uniforms and bring the orientation packet they sell at the bookstore

Do not go to buy it yet at south...they dont have the packet for the summer. The manager told me maybe by friday next week. Just call them next week.

I feel lost and confused...

I did my drug test today, should get it by monday.

I already did my fingerprint and got a sealed letter.

I had all the certificates done in nov 2012, but they said to redo them to be on the safe side.

I brought my immunization record to doctors 365, they signed off on the vaccines

They even transferred my chest x-ray.

Contacted multiple pharmacies but non have Flu shots.

My questions are:

Are the courses offered at BC online or do I have to go to a campus?

How do I register for them? Would it be winter or summer term?

My TB test is 2/13/13, do I have to redo it?

My rubeola, rubella and hepatitis are from 8/20/03, do i have to redo any?
