Hey there! This is a tread for anyone trying to get into the May nursing program in Broward College. Have you guys completed everything we need?

I still have to take my HESI and I am half way done with the Health Core class. I am so nervous. I am still not completely sure on how BC does the admission criteria, but I have high hopes.

Leave anything below. Lets help each other out :)

Can someone explain how to register for these classes?

Sure!

1. Go to http://www.broward.edu

2. Click on Log In on the top right hand corner and then there's a drop down menu then click on "myBC Login"

3. Log In with your Student ID and your password

4. Then you will be brought to another page and you will see a dark blue bar at the top of the page and you will click on "registration" which will then give you a drop down menu and then you choose the option "Add/Drop"

5. After you click that it should take you to a new page that says Student Registration. It says to ease select the term you wish to see and you will click on the drop down menu and click on "Summer 2014" and then click "Select Term"

6. Then you will be taken to the page where you search for your classes. In the box where it says "enter up to five course reference numbers.." Type in the reference numbers for the campus you choose to go to in each box and then click "Add To Cart"

7. At this point your classes will be added to your schedule cart and then you have to click a button that says "view/print schedule and fees" so you're registration can be complete.

For anyone who is going to north did you get any emails on books and supplies.I emailed north and asked them and they said the list is attached and corresponds with the classes.I don't know what that means I did not get anything

No there is no attachment for books and supplies.

Not going to north. But when your registering for classes there is somewhere you can click that says books and it'll show you.

I didn't see anything I'm going to check again because they sent two emails the first one was missing the times of the classes.

When you search Broward college bookstore you find a page that has the list of books. You just click on the campus and regular classes.

The asst. Dean at South said we won't get that list until we buy the orientation packet after orientation.

There is only 5 reference number slots dont we have to register for 6?

yes...you have to do 5 and then go back and do one more

for anyone who deferred what campus are you going to? also do we have to pay another 20.00 and send in another application or do they have our names and just put us in?

If you have been accepted you do not need to go through everything again. They hold you a seat for august. Even if the prereqs change or what not. I'm planning on north campus. Central as plan B.
