Broward College Nursing May 2014

Hey there! This is a tread for anyone trying to get into the May nursing program in Broward College. Have you guys completed everything we need?

I still have to take my HESI and I am half way done with the Health Core class. I am so nervous. I am still not completely sure on how BC does the admission criteria, but I have high hopes.

Leave anything below. Lets help each other out :)

I made about thirty calls to finally get to the supervisor who said next Friday everyone will have been notified definitely, let's hope we don't hear any different. I'm grateful for my job which I go away on the weekends so it will keep me patient and busy until Tuesday evening and I won't be tempted to check and obsess. I would hate to put out all this energy and not get in so I am changing my mentality and just being patient and hopeful. I hope we all get in on this tread and can start obsessing about tests and clinicals lol. Have a great weekend guys:)

This is a wonderful way to think. I would hate to obsess and put energy out only to not get in. Even if I get in, I would hate to put this energy out. We've have all seen enough post that say, stressors will always be there, what is important is how you handle that stress!

Aw man I was so excited about today because they said by this Friday we would know. Well, we've waited this long I guess another week won't hurt, I just hope next week they don't tell us that the Friday after that we'll find out, that seems to be the pattern

They were doing something today, my status finally changed to application in review and they awarded me points. Atleast I know they are going through the applications

Hope this week is a good week!!!!!!! went to central and was told the reason for the delay is that they are understaff, used to be four people now its only two, but they are trying their best.

My status finally changed to "application in review" today too…..I am so excited. We should def hear something by this week!!!!!

NurseJackiern12b... This was the worst thing they could do to me. Now, instead of refresh every 30 minutes I have reduced the wait time to 10.

To boot I have added my email in the mix and am refreshing that too.

Oh lord!
