Broward college Nursing Jan 2015

Published

Hello, this is a thread for any current nursing students at Broward college or those who have recently been accepted. I'm a bit confused on Broward's admission criteria. What classes exactly do they use to calculate the gpa?

Quick question although I remember seeing it somewhere, do we wear business attire the day of orientation?

Also, should I go ahead and get my titers done or also wait for orientation?

Pre-Admission orientation doesn't have a dress code; dress codes will be inforced for the next orientation we'll have at the campus of our choice. And wait for the orientation to get your titers, just a week and a couple days left :)

Thank you so much :D I'm so excited !

soo stoke.. super excited.

I just put in my application today. I have a 92% on the HESI. I was told that there are still a lot of spots open so if you were worried its too late to apply, please apply!!! Congrats to those that got in. I will have an answer by next week is what I was told.

Got my email today as well! :D Cant wait for orientation next Friday! Ill be joining the North Campus group. My name is Mario!

Thanks for joining, Mario! We have 7 members so far, anyone else interested in joining the North campus Facebook page pls click the link! We'll be forming study groups once the semester gets rolling

Does anyone know if the South Campus is any good? Whats the best campus to attend?

There isn't a "better" campus. There's horror stories about them all and you shouldn't let those stories scare you. It's what you put into the program to succeed, so just choose your campus and work your butt off to make it through!!
