Broward College May 2016 RN program

Just wanted to start a thread for Broward's May '16 RN program! I'm finishing up my application process this week.

My hesi was a 87% overall, with 90's in Math, Reading, and Vocabulary, an 84% in grammar, and a 80% in AP.

My prerequisite GPA is a 4.0

Has anyone received syllabus for central campus? I got nothing so far.

No I keep checking everyday...I would hate to start reading chapter 1 and get the syllabus and find out the professor starts on ch 4 :banghead:.

Does anyone know what the Nursing Kit includes since it doesn't include the sphygmomanometer, scissors, light, stethoscope?

It has IV's and bandages and whatnot.

Anybody else feeling anxious about classes starting soon?

Does anyone know which are the hardest classes and which books we should be reading already? I am on financial aid so I can't go pick up my books until Tuesday

im excited for classes. anxious about aid not being posted yet.

physical assessment

would be a good place to start

they will all be hard. i got the impression they will not give an inch of slack, so preparing mentally for it.

This is crazy... smh thank god I was able to put in on my credit card. I was so paranoid that it wouldn't post on time. But I still need uniforms :grumpy:
