Hello!!! Just wondering if anyone else has applied for August 2010 yet? :)

Mine is still in review as well! And people have been getting accepted with less points than me :crying2:

Mine too I called everywhere today and emailed everywhere for the past couple of weeks no one answers. I am going in tomorrow.

I went in to the office today and I asked her why I'm still in review. All she said was they are still processing applications and we'll find out soon. When I asked about people getting in with less points than me she said they do it based on a combination of points and HESI scores. And this was at Central Campus.

I went in to Central Campus today, and got the most awful news. All the seats have already been filled! They are just keeping applications in review in case someone doesn't accept their seat. And basically it doesn't matter how many points you have or what your hesi score is. They do a cambination of both, but in reality I just think they accept who they want because If that was the case I have WAY more than 5 points and and 89.5% on my hesi. So not sure what the criteria for acceptance really was. Just know if your app is in review you didn't get in. She told me that if anyone doesn't register by mid july there maybe seats offered.

This is absolutly rediculous. No ralphigesbabe, we worked freaking hard to get where we are and we are going to get upset. I'm seriously about to raise hell. There is NO way they can accept someone with 5 point over someone with 16. Absolutely unacceptable. My boyfriends in law school and his father is a lawyer and you better believe that this is not going to end nicely. They said said it's a point system and "HESI does NOT matter you just have to take it". There is no way I busted my butt to get the grades I have for this to happen. There is NO explanation for them to do this.

I know I am upset too...I got all A's and B's not one C. And they have changed their requirements and Criteria like 5 times in the last couple of months. You know the funny thing? When I was there she was telling a girl the deadline had been extended until July 15th! Why are they taking applications? Because they want to continue to take$$$. It's crazy what they are doing and seriously maybe we should consider getting some legal advice. It is truly unfair. I REALLY hard for my grades. I have a 7 and 3 year old kid and home and managed to get those grades. UNFAIR!
