Did anyone already turn in there applications for Fall 2009 @ B.C.? because I am turning mine in next week before the deadline and now I have to wait AGAIN and keep continually looking at my e-mail and the myBC account for the Limited Access Program everyday hopefully I get in THIS TIME being my 3rd time
Jam911,
What did you end doing about the campuses? did you start the nursing program already? I am finding myself in your the same shoes you were in when u posted several motnsh ago about maybe going to North but living very far but also not minding if it would make your life easier. Just curious as to what you ended up doing
okay, so i am applying for may 2010. i live five to seven minutes from central campus and my kids go to school in that area. if i am going to stay sane while doing nursing school with three kids, i have to go to central. any tips on how to survive it? i am now thoroughly scared after reading all the threads.i plan to keep my mouth shut, not contest any test questions, stay under the radar, and study as much as possible. will i come out unscathed? is it really that bad?
sound like me... how far is north really. i live between central and south.. maybe they will open up the south for summer.. boy it seems more people are going for the summer this term!!!.. i pray i get in with my 10 points!!!!
we have to go in with a positive attitute and say we are going to make it regarflss of the campus heheehehe
i wonder which prof let you take your math notes on the test. i heard there are some that make you remember everything yet there are others that give you a break!!!
I hope my 8 points will get me in I really need to start this program. I was suppose to start in January but ended up not having my hosa count, even though i asked in advance. So i ended up having to take HCC and now i'm applying for may. I was told that requirements are lower in the summer, but not all campuses are accepting students. I just finished microbiology, so i don't know if they'll count that. I was told that during the summer, they usually cut it off at a 2.9gpa. I have a 3.1, so hopefully that's enough

I believe they only look at micro as a tie breaker..
Well that's good, i'm finishing up Micro right now. I saw on cnn today that the fastest growing job over the next couple of years is supposed to be Registered nurses. Hopefully, that spells job security for all of us over the next few years with good pay and maybe a sign on bonus like before :)
