Did anyone already turn in there applications for Fall 2009 @ B.C.? because I am turning mine in next week before the deadline and now I have to wait AGAIN and keep continually looking at my e-mail and the myBC account for the Limited Access Program everyday hopefully I get in THIS TIME being my 3rd time :yeah:

I think we wear whatever until they tell us otherwise, since our orientation is the first day.

Does anyone know what the handout for jennifer kantis wants us to do before class starts? I got the wrong packet. I need the page number for the Castillo bk.

does anyone know when exactly we will be using the med-surg book...I do not want to purchase it right away if I don't have to.

Did anyone else receive the email form South Campus for the first day of clinicals???

There are a couple of things you need to take for lab and I am a bit confused...

"To Bring: The required items that you have already learned about for lab, do bring your Perry and Potter skills book, Your Jarvis Physical Assessment book, your stethoscope, pen light, watch with second hand, etc.. The packets Ms. Quinn instructed you to bring."

What are the required items we have already learned for lab??? I am not aware of that.

When she says the jarvis book, Im guessing its the pocket companion and not the actual book because there is a difference there and n the booklist they as for the pocket companion.

What is a pen light??? is that the pen looking flashlight???

What packets???

Omg I feel soo lost....

Did anybody figure out which/how many packets we are supposed to get? I found 3:

Mandatory Orientation Packet (yellow)

Nursing Process I Handout Packet (blue)

NUR 1020-1020L Nursing Process Module 2009-10 (green)

Med-surg book isn't needed until the second semester (Jan 2010).

Okay...so on the book list, for central campus, it says we need the the BC Modules, the Nursing Student handbook, and the Clinical Handout from J. Kantis. Does anyone know what the "Nursing Student Handbook" is? I got the Module, and the clinical handout, but dont see where the handbook is.
