Hey Guys! Thought I'd start a forum for those applying for Spring 2019 of the

Brookhaven nursing program. I still have to do the Critical Thinking exam, dosage calc class, Hesi! Can't wait to talk to you guys as we apply!!

I think applying with 37.21 points is awesome! I believe you will absolutely get an interview invitation.

Hey Guys, I am really late! Though I have applied through the Texas Tech program, I have only completed 1 course. I got a total points of 39.3, though I was wondering if anyone has recieved an email FOR an interview? I haven't, and it is making me very nervous! Good luck to everyone by the way!

I got my email @ 4:15 for interview.

Just wondering when everyone's interview is scheduled. Mine is the 29 which is after the date we are supposed to be notified of acceptance. Does anybody know when the new notification date will be.

Hello. Just joined the feed. Applied with 37.6 points and in the dual enrollment with Tech ElPaso. I got my point confirmation a while ago. Super nervous about getting in. Is anyone else in the Dual Enrollment program?

Hey JasonH, I also applied with the dual enrollment, I was wondering if you got an interview email already or something pertaining to applying apart from your point verification email?

I received an email for an interview on the 29th as well. I am wondering if we should email and ask if the timeline has changed because it does say on the 26th of October candidates will receive an email regarding admission.

That's what I was thinking. An email would be smart to send. Hope they don't drag it out like they did sending today's emails.

I still have not received any email. What about you? It might be different for us because we are dual enrollment and we don't have to do the interview. If we weren't rejected, i'm guessing that we are accepted in the program and they will send everyone, both dual-enrollment and interviewees, an acceptance email all at once. But I actually plan to go to the office and confirm this.

I just received a reply from Nancy. She said the timeline has changed due to a nursing faculty conflict, but she did not say when the new date of notification of admission will be. I figure we will find out at the interview.

Ok so I went over to the nursing department in the X building. When I asked about getting no email, they literally said, "yeah you're not supposed get an email for an interview if you're in the dual enrollment with tech."

Then I said, "Oh so I'll just get an acceptance or rejection email after all of the interviews are done?"

Then she said, "No, you will get an acceptance email which You can accept or decline."

She also said, "And if you don't take your acceptance, I'll come after you." Lol

So I quess we're in!
