Brookhaven Nursing applicants - Spring 2018

This is a forum for anyone applying to Brookhaven college ADN program for Spring 2018.What tips can you offer? Any challenges? How was the dosage calculation exam? Any tips for the critical thinking exam and the interview? How many points are you applying with?

Hi y'all!

I took my HESI today and got a 96.0%, my CT was 9.9, GPA is 3.71, and I have 4 points from supoort courses; I turned in my application today with 38.61 points. I can't wait for points to be confirmed and for interview invites to be sent out!

On another note, do any of y'all know if we are able to choose our interview time and date? I have my oral surgery planned for the 26th in Houston — that's smack dab in the middle of interview dates to be sent out! :geek:

I'm applying with 35.3 points. HESI is easy but 4 hours time is horrible. I felt in a rush the whole time.

Thank you, I've been studying since around last January. I took it at a prometric Testing Center!

I am totally disappointed.I could not get above 90 at Hesi.Vocab is my enemy!Now I am applying with 31:(((

I'm sorry you didn't get the score you were wanting. As far as points, everyone says to apply even if you have 27 points because you never know, it might be enough! I wish you the best of luck!

I just took hesi yesterday.Got 86.My overall point is 31.I could not take Micro because the classes were full.Do you think is there any possibility to get into the program for spring 2018?
