Brookhaven email?????

Did anyone get their e-mail from Brookhaven today?

OMG....I left a few hours ago, and I was sure when I turned my computer back on just now you guys would be saying the emails were in. Still nothing????

Mustang..... I only have 22.71, but you never know. I have yet to take dosage calc, and then of course those I am taking this semester could not be counted (patho, end of life). I made an 85 on the Hesi, and I wasn't really very happy with that. I was so nervous, and had no idea where to concentrate my energy. If I retake it in Jan I know I can make an A.

Well, even if you don't get in there is your 20 points plus the 4 points from those classes, and 3 points for having applied before. That is 27 points for next time, and I think that is definitely a pretty safe amount of points. :)

Ok, I just called up there and...(Ann, I think) said that she HOPES to get the list today. She said it MAY be tomorrow, but that they were finishing it now. She also said that the top 40 get emails first, then she will send out emails to the others; so at least we'll know one way or the other. I think I'm gonna give up checking until later-I just can't handle the disappointment everytime I look ;)

Coolpeach - I know! I got an 85 on the my HESI also. It's my fault because I really didn't study at all until the night before the test.

I still don't understand why this is taking soooo long. It doesn't make any sense, and frankly it's starting to make me a bit angry. They have to know that this is a very important thing in a lot of people's lives, and they would be waiting on this email. To close the web site, not send out any information to tell people whats going on, take 3 days is just unthinkable to me. Your not supposed to treat people in that way, and you certainly can't run a successful business or school in that way. They have known what they have needed to do, and when since they posted the schedule six months ago.

Like jla623 said they had over 300 applicants. They have to screen all the applicants plus do their daily job! Believe me I know this is frustrating. Just hang in! It'll be alright.

I completely agree with you. It really irritates me. It just makes me think that something strange is going on. There is no reason for this.....

Yeah...maybe they weren't on schedule in the first place and were shocked by the amount of applicants...All I know is that I am ANGRY! hahaha. :barf02:

P.S. I really like these smiley faces and I think they are the only thing keeping me going.

I think you guys are what's keeping me sane. It feels good to know that others are as stressed about this as I am. Maybe we should try talking about something else...what area does everyone want to go into? Maybe it's silly, but at least it will pass the time
