Hello everyone! I am creating this forum in hopes to connect with other pre-nursing students who will be applying into BCC's program for Fall of 2020! What are your grades and TEAS scores? Also, current/former students, do you have any advice or insight on the program?

Hi!

My TEAS was an 88 and thus far I have a 4.0 in pre-requisites. Just waiting to hear! It's so hard to wait!

I took mine today. Science killed my score but I passed above the National average. I have a 3.87 in pre-requisites. Have you sent in your application yet?

Hi! I started this Fall and am almost done with my first semester. Best of luck to you both. If you get in, be prepared to eat, sleep, and breathe the material they give you. Stay on top of your readings and you will be fine!! Hopefully we get to see each other soon!

@whalestales I found out I got in Feb 22nd. Thats when it changed in my degree works that I was a Nursing major. I got my letter the following week.

Hi,

I also just applied in December for Fall 2020. I passed my teas with a 67, which I guess is good for not even studying, and my gpa applying to the program is a 3.7. I’m super anxious, lol. This is going to feel like the longest waiting period ever!!!! Best of luck to everyone!

I'm anxious too. Did your advisor make sure to check if your application was complete and they had all qualifications (TEAS, health info session, science and math within 3 years), transcripts, etc.. ? I was denied last year with a GPA higher than some of those who have gotten in because my CHM had expired. Everything else was submitted correctly.

Yes, I met with my advisor and went through the checklist. I also called enrollment today, because of my anxiety... lol, to ensure my application was complete. She said I was all set. She said I should hear back about mid February.

lol me too! ? I called enrollment Monday and they actually didn't download my TEAS into it but now it's all set after talking to Director of admissions. Thank god for our anxiety.
