Uhhhh. Drive? Take a train? I mean, there are only as many ways as there is transportation so I am not sure I understand your question.

I take my dog everywhere. What size is your dog? what breed? I am NOT an airline fan unless my dog could be in the cabin...so I drive.

She has her own crate we travel with....she wears a seat belt. Frankly she is happy wherever I am. She has been to Texas (and all states in between), Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Florida, New York, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin....Disney, Orlando, Six Flags New England, Texas, Wisconsin, and New Jersey. Cedar Point, Niagara falls...US and Canada, Kings Island.

Mine is a weimaraner....a large breed. She is a good girl.

There are some breed restrictions and size restrictions if you are renting. Many hotels are dog friendly even those with restrictions to weight if the dog is well behaved.

I've driven all over the Eastern US with my dog(s) over the years. What's the big deal? If the dog gets carsick, ask your vet about recommendations/medication. I moved (myself) from NC to PA a few years ago; the dog rode in the rental truck with me. No prob.

Um, drive? Or is the problem that you don't drive?
