hi drednag,

How were you able to send your Cert of Good Standing? Did you buy them a mailing envelope? Did you write down the address on a piece of paper? Was there any form to fill-out? How was the process with you? Did they inform you, that it can only be sent by ordinary mail?

Sorry, too many questions. Thanks for answering any or all :D

Hi, silvermed...I applied with the PRC for the verification/certificate of good standing, they have this form and then you pay for the processing, then you inform them of the address of the nursing board. They will send the Certificate directly to the board, you will not be able to see it. They have a personnel in charge of the mailing and they will tell you they will send through Philpost, but you can request for faster courier, but you have to pay for the mailing (whether philpost or other courier). You wait for 3 to 4 days and inquire from the personnel in charge if they have sent it already. Here in Davao, the PRC has had experience on this already so they are very helpful with our questions. When I inquired after 3 days, I was told by the PRC personnel in charge that they sent mine already. So crossing my fingers:up:

By the way, where are you from, silvermed?

Goodluck on your application Dred, I'm here in Manila. Sent you a pm too.

Hey guys, I received an email from NBV informing me that they have received the VErification (I guess this is the one from PRC) but they are still waiting for my application package. The thing is I sent my application package through LBC on November 13 and when I inquired from LBC, they said that they have delivered it already on November 17. Has anyone had a similar experience? Should I resend another application package? :crying2:

Hi! Im sure LBC can tell you who received the package from NBV office.

Get this information from LBC and email NBV about these details.

Hopefully they will be able to locate your package.

I was able to do this before with another courier.

They told me specifically who received my package.

problem solved:yeah:

Good Luck! and God Bless!!

hello everyone! im really glad everyone has done something for their application..i've read from previous posts regarding the prc's certificate of good standing and i would like to share my side of story..hehe..i got mine way back before i applied for NBV hence i sent them myself...im really hoping that everyone will get a positive feedback from NBV this year...im really excited and been contemplating if i should call my case manager if she already got my supporting documents and ask her upfront if my application is ok...im really hoping i can join the feb/march batch next year...i've done some research too about the application of student visa and seriously, i havent gotten much info about it...is it better to apply via an agency or just by my own thing??any suggestion guys??

thanks, uh_huh:yeah:...yeah, I've been trying to ask LBC for the details of the delivery..at first they just gave me general details ..so I emailed and called them up again and asked them to give me the complete and specific details..like who was the person who actually received it. Hopefully they can give me answers before I go bonkers with stress..hahahahaha, just kidding. I know for every problem, there is always a solution... :specs:

God bless you, too!!

how much is the cost of the bridging program in deakin?

Hi! Here are the fees so far that i've researched: deakin-9,650, La Trobe-9,890 and I think for ETEA-10,600 something..

I would like to ask if the "eligibility" letter from NBV saying you're good to go with the IRON program has any expiration date? How much does a student visa cost including medical exam? thanks!!
