Bridging program in vICTORIA? anyone? did, doing? plans?

is anyone of you currently on bridging program in victoria, australia? or done the prgram..how was it? im planning to enroll as well but still figuring things out..hoping for a kind soul to share infos..on victoria..

im actually thinking of deakin.. or any other schools near glen iris. anyone one familiar? plssss

I still can't send pm so I'll just answer your question here. It's the Bachelor of Nursing for International Students - Overseas Educated Professional Nurses 1 Year Program. It's not listed in their website. I just found out about it through one of UQ's representatives when I asked a query if they have this program. You can email them and ask for more questions about this conversion.=)

thanks for the response. it was actually a visitor message so you can freely post a visitor message on my page as well ;) anyway thanks for getting back at me. ive already received my letter from Curtin but they told me since ive got no post registration experience i would need to register for the Feb 2011 intake (i dunno what's the difference of taking it this intake and next year) and i can't wait any longer because ill be looking at 2012 registration if i enrol in Curtin by 2011 and take it for 1yr. way tooooooo long already, so now im thinking of just enrolling to VCHN or the UQ one...still confused which one to take...hayyy....:down::down:

hey jesse! me and my friend wont avail for the 7K accommodation...so we're rounding up fellow pinoy so we can plan things on how to go about the clinicals and practicals which is in the rural area of heidelberg...

can i join you guys? :clown:

yup. i had 6 mos training in a gov't hospital and 1 yr paid experience.

im currently working right now in a government hospital in cebu for a yr and 10 months...yup jesse u can join with us..the more the merrier...=) i asked my friend about the oct4 intake, i think u havent contacted the school yet kc the final date is october 11...if u wanna join us, follow up your papers na and finalize everything....weee!!

How long does it take VCHN to assess the documents for BP? I sent scans of my docs three days ago. When should I expect an answer?

im currently working right now in a government hospital in cebu for a yr and 10 months...yup jesse u can join with us..the more the merrier...=) i asked my friend about the oct4 intake, i think u havent contacted the school yet kc the final date is october 11...if u wanna join us, follow up your papers na and finalize everything....weee!!

actually they called yesterday to confirm if i'll take the oct intake. i just forgot to ask if they changed the commencement date :eek:. I told them I'll pay either this week or next week. I'm done with the immunizations and medicals except for the IPV. It's not available here in davao *sigh* In fact, I already lodged my visa but VCHN told me that the letter of offer is not enough, which may be the reason of the delay. stupid me. :p
