hello! this is my first posting though i've already trailed BP since page 1. i am intending to take the 2 year bachelor degree in nursing either in ACU, UWS, of CQU. however, i realized that getting the BP is the fastest & practical way. Just wana ask if anybody knew of a BP in the area of sydney? i noticed that victoria is very popular in BP. also, is the BP not going to be affected by the july 1 australia board of nursing foundation? thanks in advance for your time & efforts in enlightening me..^_^

I think Deakin is the nearest to Glen Iris.. next is ETHEA in Hiedelberg... Did you already submit all the requirements to the nurses board?

Hi I don't know how to reply with your message in my inbox.. yes it's hard to start here in Australia if you don't have relatives or friends cause it's too expensive to start... Have you already completed all the requirements to the Nurses Board? It's better to come here if your requirements are complete.. When I came here I didn't know about the Bridging Program, I just accidentally search it to the internet..

hi there rlssem... so what are your plans?

really is deakin the cheapest.. how did you apply for the nbv? how long and were they critical with their reqts? i am a second courser and havent had work experience but only 6 months as trainee or volunteer in a govt hospital here in PI.. and just had iv therapy..thats all.. do you think i would qualify for bridging? what plan are you currently on right now..if you dont mind...

my brother and his family is at victoria and would be prs in a few months.. i dont know which path to take.. if they can sponsor me or what..maybe you have thoughts on this..please..

maybe we can chat if thats okay..i cant send a pm yet but i hope i can email or chat with you..

although in aeliths thread (super nice girl who knows tons about aus procedures) she said the bridging is cheaper compared to 2 years study.,..

what do you think?

thank you so much for replying. hope to hear from you again

Hello just wanna answer some of your questions:

NBV will respond to you after 2 mos. so make sure you submit all the requirements. You can do the BP without experience.. my friend will do her BP this May at Deakin, she doesn't have experience...

YOu have bigger chance to apply in Australia, cause if you have first degree relatives I think it's 25 points already, you need 120 points to apply for PR... and yes it is more expensive if your going to study for 2 years.. so BP is better for you..

reply to ur msg in my inbox: If you don't have relatives you need to find an employer that can sponsor you.. but I think you can apply independently if you have enough points.. I am not sure regarding in applying for PR... I don't have the English test that's why I cannot do the BP..

good day guys,
