I'm a newbie and im planning for NBP. can you give me some advice if its possible to apply in dec.? becoz im still going to take my ielts exam, and still hoping that NBP is still open by next year.. and it will be a great help if you can send names of the schools that still offering the program. hope you could help me guys. advices are very much appreciated.

yes it is still open next year. you can submit applications earlier than dec since the decision letter does not expire easily (i dont know the exact time of validity, maybe others can help you with this) and nbv takes a long time to process. around 3 mos. the earliest intakes for next year is january.

im quite sad.. i did not make it to VCHN for August.. They dont have slot anymore. i got in for October 4. anyway i hope i can find some filipinos who are bound for VCHN on october 4. Goodluck to us..

Hello girlashh. It took me two months but I had a friend who received her letter a month after. I was disappointed thinking that I am not qualified, so I send them an e-mail and 2 weeks later, I got a call from VCHN. I suggest you do the same if your application took so long. I hope you can make it this October. Hey, did you know who are the other Filipinos who can make it this October aside from lime12? Thanks.

im not sure if i will persue my application in VCHN this october 4. things change.. in other forum there are people who are currently taking their BP in VCHN.. im also waiting for their feedback... i also know 1 person who will take BP on oct 4 i that forum.. goodluck guys..

hi forumjunkie. i can't give you a PM yet. btw, i think VCHN requires 1 year of experience, with 3 mos in ward ( got 2 mos. ward though out of 1.5 years). But give it a try. application is free...you can visit their site at VICTORIAN COLLEGE OF HEALTH NURSING AUSTRALIA. Good luck!

Hello everyone! Looks like there will be quite a number of Filipinos in the batches that will follow mine here in VCHN! Our class of 40 is composed of only 3 Filipinos. There are 2 from Zimbabwe and the rest are Indian. It's all a mix of people applying for registration to different states.
