Bridging Program in Australia

Published

Hi. I am new here. I don't know exactly where to go. I am a registered nurse here in the Philippines and I am interested in studying in Australia for a bridging course that will help me become a registered nurse there. I need some help on looking for a good school that offers a bridging course.

My aunt told me that a friend of her friend just went to AU to take up a test and in 6 months she's there for a bridging program. and I have this friend who has a friend who became a registered nurse in AU in 6 months time too. This agency is offering me to study for a certificate III aged care with occupational English test for 46 weeks in Einstein College but it costs too much. So now, I am trying to look for a school wherein I can apply by myself and hopefully get in. I am hoping I could leave for AU this June 2011. I am a bit lost on what to do. Can you help me, please? Any suggestions? ? Please help me. Thank you very much. :clown:

(Sydney area would be better since my parents are more familiar and in favor of that place... though other cities/areas will be great too)

Hi,

I received an offer from ACFE for March 2018 intake. Hoping to find classmates here! í ½í¹‚

Hi! I hope someone would assist with my query. I am currently waiting for my CoE from ACFE. Once I have it, should I then get Health Insurance Coverage (BUPA) or should I wait for a Visa Grant first? Also, should I get the Standard Visitors Cover from BUPA? What type of Insurance did you guys get? Thank you in advance!

Hi guys! I'm for feb 26 intake at ACN. Hoping to find classmates here too :)

Hi april0410! I am also waiting for my coe. I got a seat for feb 19 2018 intake. Are you done with your immunization? I am nikki btw, from Philippines. Im also unsure what to do with my medical insurance and working with children evidence. I hope someone can enlighten us on this matter =)

Hi Nikki! Not yet. I'll have my third dose of hepa b vaccine in Australia na. I haven't communicated with the school about it. I hope it's okay to start placement with just 2 doses.

I see, I'll get my serology test done palang tomorrow, they won't mind if it's done in a laboratory/diagnostic center like high precision right? Btw where did you get yours done and ******** vaccine? Thanks!

I do not think it matters where you had it done. I went to a Family Doctor in one of The Medical City's satellite clinics. Since ******** serology and I do not know if I had immunizations before as a child, ***-*** ** ***** ***. ************, start ***** Bridging on my 3rd dose

Hi Guys, for those who are scheduled for feb/March 2018 intake for ACFE. Did ACFE have any updates if they have successfully renewed their license to AHPRA? I'm planning to apply for April/May intake but AHPRA website, ACFE's license will be expiring on March 6, 2018.

Hello! I am for February intake. From what I heard, they will renew but they might make the three-month BP to 6months after March intake. That's why my agent advised me to take January or Feb intake. Hope that helps. =)
