Bridging Program in Australia

Hi. I am new here. I don't know exactly where to go. I am a registered nurse here in the Philippines and I am interested in studying in Australia for a bridging course that will help me become a registered nurse there. I need some help on looking for a good school that offers a bridging course.

My aunt told me that a friend of her friend just went to AU to take up a test and in 6 months she's there for a bridging program. and I have this friend who has a friend who became a registered nurse in AU in 6 months time too. This agency is offering me to study for a certificate III aged care with occupational English test for 46 weeks in Einstein College but it costs too much. So now, I am trying to look for a school wherein I can apply by myself and hopefully get in. I am hoping I could leave for AU this June 2011. I am a bit lost on what to do. Can you help me, please? Any suggestions? ? Please help me. Thank you very much. :clown:

(Sydney area would be better since my parents are more familiar and in favor of that place... though other cities/areas will be great too)

Hi! I am taking the june intake at deakin.. Are u going too? I havent known anyone for the june intake yet..

I am supposed to go to monash but if deakin offers the course with fee help i'll go to deakin. I have the offer letter already from deakin but I am still waiting for the fee help form that they sent thru post. Btw, are you pinoy rn as well?

Hi everyone! Just received my LOE from AHPRA after a long wait. I'm eyeing May intake of IHNA Perth campus. They're offering free accomodation till June and duration of course is also just 9 weeks. Moreover, fee is also $10,990. Is anyone planning to take the course at the same time as me? I'll be happy to have a companion. The feedback from members is welcome. I intend to know the pros and cons of doing bridging course at IHNA Perth. Thanks in advance!

Waiting for my offer letter from Curtin.

Do you guys think I can still qualify for the July enrollment? Along with the processing of my Visa?

I'm sure you have ample time. As long as your documents are complete. I got my 575 visa in less than 2 days!
