I applied in early Dec. and decided to to retake the TEAS test before sending it for review. Form what I understand it takes anywhere from 2 weeks - 2 months to get accepted or not. Past experience has said more like the 2 months is the norm. I should be getting my results from the TEAS test today and it will be promptly moved to review next week (1/19/15). I will confirm the date when it actually gets sent.
Great Teas score! Mine was a 70.7, hope it will be good enough. I have @ 3.8 gpa, all I have left to take is micro this summer, and Then I can concentrate 100% on nursing for the next 18 to 24 months! Cross your fingers! Congrats to everyone excepted so far, and good luck to the rest of us that are waiting!

I'm taking micro at Housatonic. I took chem last summer and ended up with a B+ for an accelerated class, and took A&P1 this fall with an A, and am currently in A&P2 now with an A average so far! I already have my associates in science, so I can hopefully just concentrate on nursing when it comes Time. All my sciences on the TEAS were high along with the English.. My math scores were ok. This waiting is killing me!! Shouldn't complain though, only took the Teas on Feb. 26! I went under review on 3/4/15... Only two weeks in.. Can't picture what it was like waiting 3 months! Again, congrats, and good luck to everyone!
Does anyone know what TEAS score is recommended for acceptance? I have all my courses completed, however my teas score wasn't the best! I'm definitely nervous about that. Really hoping they take everything into consideration.
My science courses are as followed:
Chem- A
A&P 1- A
A&P 2- A
Micro- A
All other prerequisites are also A's except Eng 101 which was a B+.
I believe my current GPA is a 3.80, if I've calculated right lol. I'm just waiting as patiently as possible (not so much) !
They will not tell you what TEAS score is recommended, only to aim the highest you can. I did not do the best on my test either, but I have a great GPA, so I am hoping it is enough.

Applied to BHSON on the very last day of the extended deadline (Feb 6 2015) and am taking the TEAS on March 25th at BHSON. Is anyone else taking the TEAS on March 25th? So mine finally changed to decision letter sent out but my status still says not enrolled ;( does that mean I didn't get in? anyone else get an acceptance letter whiteout the status changing to enrolled? Still haven't gotten a letter yet
