Is anyone else applying for the part-time Spring 2014 term? Any full-time applicants?

That would make for a great holiday weekend to start it out with a acceptance letter in the mail box tomorrow when we all got home. :laugh:

Thank you for the update, I agree with adria10 though. I have some serious butterflies and I know I am not going to sleep well the next few nights.. Crazy one letter can mean SO much! Best of Luck to all of you, hopefully the next few days we will all be talking about meeting each other at orientation!!:up:

Sadly no letter today. Oh please, oh please by tomorrow because I can't stand to wait over the holiday weekend.

Hi Psychm2b, I didn't learn much of anything I didn't already know. Mostly they answered questions about if you could take other stuff with nursging and that was a no and where were the clinicals held and about taking the Kaplan, etc. There were only 5 ppl there. I bombed clep for Spanish.. took it in HS 2 years and thought I could clep it. I can try again in 6 months. If not, will take the Spanish for Healthcare. Hope you all hear something soon on your acceptance. I am anxious for you. If anyone has taken Spanish for Healthcare, I would really like some feedback as to what to expect.

Thanks for the reply. Referring to "they answered questions about if you could take other stuff with nursing and that was a no"...I wonder when that starts. I haven't taken Patho or Med Term yet. Where did they mention clinicals?

Sorry can't help you on the Spanish for healthcare. It sounds like it would come in handy though.

I just got a email from Brenau University School of Nursing that I need to RSVP for a meeting coming up on Sept 30th were I will get more information about program deadlines, prerequisites, admission process, and financial aid. I feel like I would have not got this email unless I was excepted. I do not have a letter, so did anyone else get this email? I am so excited if I am truly in the program.

I got the same email. I honestly think they send it out to all "pre-nursing" majors.
