Good luck to you!

Baby ER is excellent . . can't remember the author. Go to Barnes and Noble or Amazon and do a search.

Thank you RainDreamer and StevieLynn! I actually just finished reading Baby ER and it was excellent. I am looking for something more in the text book catagory which it looks like the thread that RainDreamer listed has. Thank you to both of you for your input. :typing

All of the books i'm about to mention are on that reading list - but two that I found extremely helpful as an ER turned NICU nurse were the core curriculum REVIEW book (it's questions and rationale - good for RNC studying too) and the Merenstein book. ALso - the what every nicu parent needs to know book....

Good Luck.

The Core review for neonatal intensive care and the Fetal & Neonatal secrets are MUSTS. I've had these books for years and they still come in handy. I have my own neofax but all the nicu's I've worked in do provide them.
