I'm going through my Kaplan online review course before the in class sessions start next week and I'm picking up something through my practice tests. I do best on application and analysis level questions but am a bit weaker with knowledge and comprehension. Patho and straight knowledge has never been a strength for me but I get critical thinking. Has anyone else had this weakness? I'm not lacking in knowledge for ALL subjects but alot of med-surg and pharm questions get me, which are big categories of knowledge. Ask me anything regarding psycho-cultural-social interventions and I can figure it out. I will go through and review my specific weaknesses but I would love more suggestions.

Like you I was weak on the basic areas as well, my Kaplan class ended today and I have improved sooo much, not only on the knowledge and comprehension but the Analysis and application. If you use the strategies you learn during the class and practice practice practice it will help. Also, review all the rationales even the right ones. Hope that helps some
Thanks! I start my Kaplan class on Monday and have done Question Trainers 1, 2, and 3. I think Kaplan will definitely be beneficial and I love doing practice questions and reading the rationales, so I have hope. I'm glad Kaplan helped you!

My Kaplan course ended today as well. I have done trainers 1,2 and 3. My knowledge sucks but the upper level questions I get 70%-80%??? I tried to use the tree in so far it hasn't work for me...
