Beth Israel Nursing School NYC

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone applied to Beth Israel NYC for this coming Fall? I applied there and I really want to get in. I always wanted to go. If anyone knows if it's hard to get in, or what score they are looking for on the NLN exam that would be rally helpful. And is it true that the only start giving interviews in May????

I was going to apply there also, but they changed their entrance exam this year and I didn't want to study for 2 different tests.

I haven't started studying for that yet, I am waiting foor the results of the NLN first.

Hey Shana, as I said in a previous post, I feel awful. I thought I was prepared for this exam, but I was so wrong. The whole science section blew me away, I was expecting alot more A&P than chemistry and physics. I was not prepared for that at all. I lost alot of time during the math that I left atleast 5 blank. I am so ****** with myself, since I really wanted to do well to increase my chances of admittance. Do you know how much weight this exam have with PBISN? I can't barely sleep tonight. I am soo worried. My GPA is 3.75 and I've completed all the prereq's, but I am not sure how this test will affect my chances.

I know, I also feel horrible about the whole exam. I felt so prepared for it, and it was nothing like the review book AT ALL. The science section was soooo much harder and since when is it 80/60/80??? I thought it was 60/40/60!!!!!!I think BI considers this test very imprtant but i hope they don't!!!!

I took the NLN exam for another school in October. Do you think that they would accept those scores?

Hey!!! Triple A's do you know when we should be getting our scores??? I thought it only takes 12 days to get?!

Isn't the waiting a killer :bugeyes:? I spoke with the school today and was told that it would take up to 2 weeks before we receive the scores. Did you apply to LICHSON?

Oh man.... I just want to know what I got already. Nope I didn't end up applying there because of the different exam requirement. Well this wednesday is going to be 2 weeks since the exam o I hope the results come soon!!!!:rolleyes:
