Under normal circumstances the CES would be faster. It only involves transcript and Clinical evaluation and license verification (if you took and passed the NLE).
CGFNS Certification involves 4 major requirements, namely: 1) passing the CGFNS Exam, 2) passing score in either TOEFL or IELTS, 3) License verification (mandated), and 4) transcript/clinical evaluation
If you fail any of the qualifying exams you delay your CGFNS Certification and there are some reports that mailing of CGFNS Certification may sometimes be late as well.
Transcript evaluation normally should only take less than 3-4 months if there are no hitches. Have your transcripts and license verification sent via courier would be best since you can track it and know if they have actually received your documents.
ok, so for the CES do i need to have a license? do i have to take the NLE? or is this just if u have it?

No you do not have to take NLE but if you do take it and fail then you have to declare it

The CES does not require that you take the NLE exam, it only looks at your transcripts and does an evaluation. No preparing for an exam that is as far from the NCLEX exam as possible.
CGFNS requires the NLE exam before they will permit you to sit for the CGFNS exam.
Again, it is dependent on where you are going for licensure and where you will be working.

Most states these days accept CES(although you have to verify with the BON to be sure), if you can go through CES, I think that's the one that would solve your concerns on time and trouble for the reasons pointed out by Lawrence01.
Taking heed of Suzanne's advice, everything though will depend on where you want to work eventually(long term). There are only a handful of states that strictly require the cp exam; I read this thread somewhere, just ask Lawrence and ma'am Suzanne.
guys just thank you so much.. you have no idea.. im planning to work in GA and it requires either CP exam or CES report
You're welcome in behalf of everyone who posted here!
God bless!
I would just go with CES report
Definitely just the CES report. Why take an exam, if you are not required to?
