Hi Everyone,
Can you tell me what are the best LPN-RN Nursing Programs in Georgia to apply to?
Any with no waiting lists and are easy to get into?
Thanks for your help. :redbeathe

good luck on no waiting lists unless you are willing to shell out major cash. Macon State and Gordon College have good bridge programs.
Neygray thank you very much for your response. Your the only one on this message board who had the decency to answer me.
I hope I will find more people like you in Georgia.
God Bless you in all your endeavors!

I'm not sure a lack of "decency" is the reason no one has answered your post. Maybe, no one has an opinion on any lpn-rn programs.
I do know of some lpn-rn programs, but your question was which is the best. I can NOT answer that question for you.
Your other questions were "any without a waiting list/ easy to get into." My answers would be I don't know to the first and I doubt it to the second!!
I hope you enjoy allnurses. I think you will find many, many helpful people here. Our members are what make this website so great!!! There will be some questions that go unanswered and others that get more answers than needed. Good luck finding an lpn to rn program and happy posting at allnurses.

LOL....
Yeah Jay, maybe my criteria about info regarding lpn-rn nursing programs was alittle, "too good to be true."
Anyway, God Bless you as well in all your endeavors!

You might try Gordon College or Middle Georgia College. Macon State College no longer offers the LPN-RN program. I don't know about waiting lists or which is the best. Good luck!
Thanks SBT for all the information. I will look into both colleges.
God Bless you as well in all your endeavors! :heartbeat

How much are the 'major cash' schools? If you don't know off the top of your head what are the names of those schools I'll just look the cost up. Thanks!

Georgia Highlands College in Rome, GA is excellent, tough, but excellent. There have been approx. 300 apps. to 100 openings which makes it tough to get into - but it is definitely possible.
Proud new grad!
Thanks everyone for all of your help.
I will check out all of the Nursing Programs in GA you suggested.
Good luck to all of you in your endeavors! :heartbeat
Kiki, check out the SC Board of Nursing for a list of Nursing Programs in their state.
