I would call Melissa ASAP. Applying to become a student takes a few days sometimes, and you may miss the deadline. I would apply online ASAP

One from Elsiver. It is part off a package deal. You'll get a full list of what you're expected to have at your orientation day. Plenty of time.

Is there a specific calculation/dosage conversion book you use? Also I've heard that nursing schools test you before every quarter and you can't continue unless you pass. Is that true?

I have a nurses math pocket guide that was a gift but have yet to need it. Yes there are regular med admin math tests, but you have done harder math. Read carefully and don't rush. You'll be shown what to do before you have to pass one. Deep breaths. You'll get there.

Hello All,

My name is Jeanette and I got accepted as well and will be attending in the fall. Has anyone received an email from Melissa asking to fill out some clinical onboarding paperwork to be turned in at orientation?

Do we need to fill out the paperwork for each clinical setting or do we just fill it out for the facility in which we are placed? I emailed Melissa, but she's out of the office till the 6/17. Where did y'all get placed?

Hi Jeanette,

I got placed at Nikkei Manor! I think you are only required to fill out the paperwork for the specific clinical site, but the same question crossed my mind when looking at that site as well! We also made a fb page for the fall cohort so we can all exchange ideas and connect!
